Folks From 18 Villages Cross This River Everyday, Yet There is No Bridge

Our community correspondent Ranjit Pal reports from Jhargram district of West Bengal where villagers from as many as 18 villages face difficulty everyday while crossing the Tarafeni river. Yet the administration has not bothered to construct a bridge for them.

Local villagers say that they have applied to the local administration to construct a bridge many times. But the problem remains as it is.
